Dosage:

  • 1.2g per 120L – For small-scale fermentations.
  • 3g per 300L – For medium-scale fermentations.
  • 12g per 1200L – Suitable for larger fermentations.
  • 36g per 3000L – Ideal for industrial-scale fermentations.
